Updates

Haven't really done much but the development of my story is coming in rather nicely and I've begun looking into the images so that I can start creating the media element in my website. I've also started looking for references for my character design though I'm still lost for the character design for the human male in my story.

I've decided to imagine the elephant as a rather curious young girl while the male will be a tired and overworked nurse. I hope to make it so they initially hate or seem wary of each other but then the relationship will hopefully develop into one where they become something similar to father and daughter. The sole goal for the main character would be to find her family but that she ends meeting a new type of family along the way. I'm hoping to make some character development in the story despite its short length. 

I will design the character design with a pink cartoonish elephant and a blue character. I want there to be contrast between the characters but I'm not sure how to create the male character design yet. I was thinking a vague blob to better match the simple design of the elephant but I worry it might not come across well.

I was also thinking of redesigning the website to be much more sleek and pleasing to the eyes as I'm not quite happy with it right now. But starting seems to be the hardest part. Hopefully I can find good examples that I can use as inspiration for my website.
